How do you open the hood on a Ford Fusion?
Last week I brought home a new Ford Fusion and it’s been excellent, but I’m still not sure how to open my new car’s hood. It’s not pressing, but I know I’ll need to know how to open the hood once my windshield washer fluid runs out. Do you know how to open the hood on a Ford Fusion?

- Find the hood release lever on the left-hand side of the driver’s seat underneath the dashboard. Pull up on the lever until you hear the hood pop.
- Go to the front of your car and slide your hand between the slightly open hood and the car’s grill. You’ll find a latch keeping the hood from fully opening.
- Push the latch to the left to fully release the hood.
- Open the hood and secure it on the hood prop rod.
