How do you open the hood on a 2019 Acura RDX?

My Acura’s battery is dead and I need to jump my car. But, I can’t figure out how to open the hood. How can I open the hood on my 2019 Acura RDX?

When it comes to opening the hood on a
2019 Acura RDX
, you just need to follow these simple steps:
  • Locate the release lever, located by the footrest and beneath the dashboard on the driver’s seat left-hand side. You’re looking for the lever with the open car hood icon
  • Once you’ve located the release lever, pull it towards you. This will pop open the hood.
  • Walk around to the front of the car—the car’s hood should be cracked slightly open. Slide your fingers underneath the hood until your fingers find another lever. Press this release lever open by nudging it to the left. You can then open the
    Acura’s
     hood.
