All you need to do is follow these simple steps to pop the hood open:
On the left-hand side of the driver’s side beneath the dash you’ll find the hood release lever. This lever will be marked by an open car hood icon
When you’ve located the lever, pull it to release the hood
Make your way to the front of the car. The hood should be cracked slightly open, allowing you to slide your fingers underneath it
Using your fingers, release the second hood release lever by nudging it to the left. This second lever is typically above the emblem on the front of your car
You should now be able to lift the hood easily
