How do you open the gas tank on the Fiat Panda?
I decided to rent a Fiat Panda for a week while on vacation, but I can’t figure out how to work the fuel tank door. How do you open the gas tank on the Fiat Panda?

First, make sure the vehicle is stopped and in Park. Next, open the flap of the gas tank door and pull it outwards. Using unleaded fuel, insert the dispenser in the tank and refuel. If your Panda is equipped with Smart Fuel, the system will inhibit you from refueling with the wrong fuel type. In addition, Smart Fuel will open and close automatically when the filler gun is introduced and removed, so you don’t need to worry about screwing on a cap.
