How do you lift the hood on a Ford F250 hood?

in no time, just follow these steps: - Look in the driver’s side of the truck; you should see the hood release lever on the left-hand side of the instrument panel—pull it.
- It will make a loud pop sound and then exit the truck and pull up on the hood—it should raise up to about two inches
- Using your hand, feel between the body of the car and the hood for the hood latch. Once you find it, push it to the left
- Push the hood straight up with one hand, and use the other to secure the hood with the hood strut (the little metal bar)
