- Visit the Driver License Division Vehicle Registration Office and provide your car title and registration to prove that you are the owner of the vehicle.
- Submit a copy of the vehicle impound report given by the arresting officer.
- Pay the DUI impound fee, which is usually $400, even if you weren’t the intoxicated driver.
- Submit a release authorization to the impound lot given by the Driver License Division.
- Pay any towing or storage fees.
