How do you get rid of your car and submit a claim to your insurance?

I hate my car. I constantly have to repair it and I want a new one. I can't afford a new car, but I have full coverage on my insurance. How can I get rid of my car to submit a claim to my insurance?

While it’s entirely possible to purposely damage your car and submit a claim to your insurance, it’s illegal.
Submitting a claim to get insurance money is considered fraud. Not only could you face fines and jail time, but you also won’t be able to find insurance after.
Most
car insurance
companies ask on their application if you’ve been convicted of fraud. If the answer is yes, they have a right to deny your application.
If you are unhappy with your car, you should trade it in or sell it. Either option would give you some money for a new car. Dealerships will often work within your means when you want to
buy a new car
as well.
If you can afford it, consider getting a loan or preapproval for a new or used car. Financing a car could allow you to get a new car without having to pay a significant amount upfront.
