How do you fix egg damage on a car?
I live near an elementary school, and on my way home after work, a couple of kids thought it would be funny to hurl eggs at my car. Will the eggshells damage the paint on my car? What’s the best way to fix egg damage on a car?

Some pranks are mean, aren’t they? Nothing funny about eggs on a car if you ask me. Luckily, there are a handful of easy ways to fix egg damage on a car.
First, it never hurts to try good old-fashioned soap and water, especially if you’re able to address the point of contact before the egg has time to dry. If you have access to a hose or, even better, a power washer, make sure to give your car a thorough rinse before applying the soap solution.
If that doesn’t work, brake fluid has been known to handle
egg stains
extremely effectively. But be careful: brake fluid has also been known to damage paint slightly, so proceed with caution. Less is more when it comes to the brake fluid option. And last but not least, if all else fails and your eggs stains remain, sand the stain lightly and use a high-speed buffer to buff out the markings.
