While taking your car to Los Santos Customs is the easiest way to fix it, it can be expensive. So if you want to fix a car on GTA 5, use this simple trick:
- Get in the car you want to fix.
- Switch characters by holding down on the D-pad and using the right analog stick to select your character.
- Immediately switch back to the original character and the car should be completely fixed.
