How do you find out if someone is banned from driving?
I don’t think my mom’s new boyfriend has a license, but he’s still been taking my little sister to school. I’m worried that he’s putting her in danger. How can you tell if someone’s license is suspended?

What a stressful situation! You can’t exactly find out if someone is banned from driving—unless you outright ask them (and they tell the truth).
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to look up his driving record without his permission. So you could ask to see his license instead. If your mom’s boyfriend has been banned from driving,
he shouldn’t have a state-issued driver’s license
in his possession.Alternatively, if you’re fairly certain that he’s driving illegally, you could call the police to report the situation. Even if the ban is related to a medical reason or something else, driving with a suspended or revoked license is a serious offense.
