How do you disable a 2020 GMC Sierra’s auto stop?

I work in a lab at a major chemical supplier. We’ve been offered Kia Stingers as company cars, but we here in the Corrosives Division aren’t sure which one to choose, the GT1 or the GT2. Our fellow lab techs in the Flammables Division all went for GT2s—but there’s a lot of competition between our departments, so our division wants to be sure we get the best. So, what’s the difference between a Kia Stinger GT1 and GT2?

I have a BMW 5-Series, but it’s old enough that it doesn’t have Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. I read that I can connect Bluetooth to play music—I just don’t know how to do it. What do I need to do to play music via Bluetooth?
