How do you delete a Bluetooth device from a 2011 Ford Focus?

I recently bought a new smartphone, but the device still shows up on my list of paired Bluetooth devices in my 2011 Ford Focus. Do you know how to delete a Bluetooth device from a 2011 Ford Focus?

We understand how frustrating old devices on your Bluetooth device list can be, especially when you aren’t sure how to delete these devices! Fortunately, this process is easy to complete in a 2011
Ford Focus
. Follow these steps to delete a Bluetooth device from your Ford Focus:
  • Press the phone button on your Ford Focus’s steering wheel to access the Bluetooth menu.
  • Use the arrow buttons on the steering wheel to select “Phone Setup” and press the OK button.
  • Use the arrow buttons to select “Delete” and press the OK button.
  • Use the arrow buttons to select the device you want to delete and press the OK button.
  • Confirm that you want to delete the device by pressing the OK button again.
Before starting this process, make sure the device you want to delete isn’t connected to your car’s Bluetooth.
And that’s all there is to it! Now you’re ready to pair a new device to your car’s Bluetooth instead.
