I recently bought a used 2014 Infiniti and am having trouble figuring out how to pair my phone with the vehicle as the previous owner did not give me the owner’s manual. How do you connect via Bluetooth to a 2014 Infiniti QX60?

To connect Bluetooth to a 2014
Infiniti QX60
varies slightly depending on whether you have a Nav system, which also dictates the Bluetooth features available to you.If you have a 2014 Infiniti QX60 without a Nav system, you’re limited to hands-free calling and the connection process is as follows:
- Press the push-to-talk button on your steering wheel.
- Say “Connect phone.” The system will then list the next set of available commands.
- Say “Add phone.” The system will acknowledge the command and request that you start the connection process on your phone.
- Follow your phone’s Bluetooth pairing instructions. When prompted for a passkey code, enter “1234.”
- You will then be asked to provide a name for your phone. Once entered, your phone should be connected via Bluetooth.
If you have a 2014 Infiniti QX60 with a Nav system, you can connect your phone using the control panel and the instructions below:
- Press the “SETTING” button on the control panel.
- Select the “Bluetooth” key on the display and then press “Connect Bluetooth.” A pop-up box will appear asking to confirm the connection is for a phone—select “Yes.”
- After selecting “Yes,” a message will appear on the multimedia screen that reads “The system is searching for your phone.”
- Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and make sure the feature is turned on. You should see “MY-CAR” under the list of available devices. Select this option.
- You will then be asked to enter a PIN. Type in “1234” and enter it. The phone will now start to pair with your vehicle’s Bluetooth system.
