How do you connect Bluetooth to a 2021 Toyota Corolla?
I just bought my first new (okay, lightly used) car! One thing I didn’t think to ask about at the dealership was how to connect my phone to the stereo system. How do you connect Bluetooth to a 2021 Toyota Corolla?

Connecting a Bluetooth device to a 2021 Toyota Corolla is pretty easy. You’ll have to know what settings to navigate on your infotainment system.
Here’s how to connect a Bluetooth device to a 2021 Toyota Corolla:
- Confirm the device you want to pair with your Corolla has its Bluetooth turned on
- Press the “Menu” button on the infotainment system
- Select “Setup” from the options on the infotainment screen
- Select “Bluetooth”
- Select “Add New Device”
- Select “Phone Name”
- On your device, confirm the PIN that appears matches the one displayed on your infotainment screen
- If the PINs match, select “Pair”
That’s essentially all there is to it! From here, your infotainment screen will show you it’s working on establishing the connection, and then you’ll have the option to enable notifications on your phone—or to skip it. If all goes according to plan, your device will appear in the connections menu.
Once you’ve taken care of this, ensure your Toyota Corolla is paired with the right car insurance policy, too!
