How do you clean cat urine from a child’s car seat?

Our cat was loose in the car last night and took a late-night pit-stop in our kid’s car seat. What’s the best way for me to clean cat urine from the car seat?

Cats can be great, but they can also pee in your car. Luckily, you can easily clean it out with either hydrogen peroxide or dishwashing soap. Follow these steps to clean your car seat:
  • Pour a small amount of hydrogen peroxide or dish soap on the stain.
  • Massage it into the fabric with a toothbrush.
  • Let it dry for a few minutes.
  • Rinse it with water.
  • Dab it dry with a clean cloth.
  • Let it dry overnight.
If you still can’t quite get out the cat urine, try repeating the process with a mix of water and vinegar.
While you’re waiting for your car seat to dry, take a minute to save on
