How do you clean car windows?
I get my car cleaned regularly, but whenever spring comes around, I feel like my windows are always cloudy from dust and pollen. How can I clean my windows between car washes?

Constantly having dusty and pollen-covered windows is frustrating, and if you suffer from allergies, it can seem like a nightmare. Luckily, keeping your windows clean is easy and only requires common household items.
To clean car windows, both inside and out, you’ll need:
- A few microfiber cloths
- An empty spray bottle
- Rubbing alcohol
- White vinegar
Here’s how to clean the interior side of your windows:
- Wipe down the windows using a dry microfiber cloth to remove any loose dirt and debris.
- Fill the spray bottle with equal parts water and alcohol, and add a capful of white vinegar.
- Apply the solution directly to a clean microfiber cloth.
- Wipe the solution onto the glass in a circular motion working from top to bottom.
- Dry the glass using a clean microfiber cloth to achieve a streak-free finish.
Here’s how to clean the exterior side of your windows:
- Wash the windows using soap and water to remove any loose dirt and debris.
- Fill the spray bottle with equal parts water and alcohol, and add a capful of white vinegar.
- Apply the solution directly to the windows, paying special attention to tough, stuck-on dirt.
- Using a microfiber cloth, wipe the windows with a side-to-side motion to avoid streaking.
