How do you check the tire pressure on a Mazda 6?
I’ve got an older Mazda 6 and I can’t remember the last time I put air in the tires. I know I should, but how do I check tire pressure on a Mazda 6?

We get it! Sometimes, life gets in the way of car maintenance, but it’s super simple to check your Mazda 6 tire pressure.
Here’s all you need to do:
- Grab a tire pressure gauge and unscrew a tire cap.
- Push the gauge onto the tire valve stem.
- Check the reading before you remove the tire pressure gauge.
- Inflate the tire if it’s low and screw the tire cap back on.
- Repeat this for every tire.
Ideally, your Mazda 6 tires should be inflated to 35 or 36 pounds per square inch (psi) depending on your tire size. Check your owner’s manual or the driver’s side door jamb label for the exact recommendation.
