How do you change the clock on a 2005 Ford Explorer?

Daylight savings just happened and I changed all my clocks, but I can’t figure out how to change the one in my truck. How can I change the clock in my 2005 Ford Explorer?

  • Turn your key in the ignition to the on position, but don’t start the engine
  • Press the menu button until select hour appears
  • Use the up and down select arrows (written SEL) to set the hour
  • Press the menu button until select mins appears
  • Use the up and down select arrows to set the minutes
  • Press the menu button again and you’re all set!
