How do you change spark plugs in a Ford F150?
I’ve done some car repairs before, including spark plugs. I have a different truck now though, so I’m not sure if it will be the same as before. How do you change spark plugs in a Ford F150?

Spark plugs are essential to keeping your vehicle’s engine running smoothly.
- Remove the engine cover
- Remove the coils and electrical connector, then pull the coils out of the plug wells
- Remove the spark plugs from the plug wells
- Blow out the plug wells with an air compressor or shop vacuum
- Spray the plug wells with penetrating oil and allow to sit for 2-3 hours
- Apply anti-seize lubricant to plug sleeves, and dielectric grease to the plug wells
- Insert new spark plugs and tighten them in place
- Reinstall coils, electrical connector, and engine cover
