How do you change a Toyota Corolla license plate light?
I live in California and an officer just gave me a fix-it ticket for my license plate light. I’d rather not pay someone else to fix it, but I don’t know how to replace it myself. What steps should I take to change my Toyota Corolla license plate light?

is a beautiful state, but it has many strict driving regulations. To avoid any future trouble, it’s best to keep up to date with your repairs. Follow these steps to change your Toyota Corolla
license plate light:- Open your trunk and find the clips that secure your trim panel.
- Remove the clips with a Phillips head screwdriver and pop out the trim panel.
- Unplug the license plate light assembly.
- Pop out the assembly by pushing in the small claw with a flathead screwdriver.
- Locate the bulb and give it a small twist to the left to pull it out.
- Install your new bulb by putting it in and twisting it to the right.
- Put the assembly back into the slot and plug it in.
- Replace the trim panel and secure the clips.
