How do you cancel Liberty Mutual home insurance?

I just took a job overseas, and (I’m ridiculously excited) I need to start thinking about what it means to leave my life in the US behind. I own a home and decided it’s easier to sell it than worry about renting it out. Because I’m selling my home, I no longer need to have home insurance on it. How do I cancel my home insurance with Liberty Mutual?

Congratulations on landing an overseas job! Cancelling your home insurance with Liberty Mutual is easy. For the quickest and most efficient service, just call one of their agents at 1-800-290-8711. They can help you through any personalized or state-specific situation.
You can also cancel your home insurance online or by writing a letter, but these take longer to process.
If you have a car, be sure to check in with your car insurance company as well. If you don’t plan on selling your car, you can store your car and get special car storage insurance.
If you have any questions about home, renters, or auto insurance, reach out to Jerry’s knowledgeable and friendly agents. You can text or call them 24/7 and they’re here to help. And if you ever do move back to the states, they’re here to help you ease back into the world of insurance.
