How do you add freon to a 2005 Toyota Tundra SR5?
What do I need to do to add freon to my 2005 Toyota Tundra SR5? I have a freon kit but I don’t know where to start.

SR5 by following these directions:- Open the hoodof your car and locate the black cap next to the oil dipstick. This is the low side fill port.
- Grab your freon recharging kit and connect the coupler to the low side fill port.
- Start your engine and roll down all of your windows.
- Once your engine has warmed up, turn your AC to the lowest setting until it gets as cold as possible.
- Then, go back to the front of your car and turn the handle on your freon container all the way down.
- After one minute (at most), turn the handle on the freon container back up.
- Wait for another minute to allow the freon to travel through your car’s system, then turn the handle down for another 60 seconds.
- Continue doing this until the interior of your car reaches about 40 degrees.
