Moving to a new city is a big step! If you only have a couple weeks to get your license, an intensive class could be a good option for you. Essentially, an intensive driving course squeezes driving instruction into a shorter amount of time.
Here’s what you can expect from an intensive driving course:
- One-on-one instruction: you’ll meet with a driving instructor probably on a daily basis to work on your driving skills.
- Classes and driving instruction over several days to a couple weeks: depending on the type of course you signed up for, you can expect long or daily sessions of driving instruction.
- Instruction that is tailored to you: because an intensive course is shorter than a usual driving course, your instructor will focus on the areas of driving that need the most improvement.
- Long sessions of driving instruction: make sure you bring water and food so that you’re staying alert and hydrated!
