How do I update my Mazda Connect infotainment system?
My Chevrolet’s infotainment system is pretty unresponsive, and sometimes freezes without warning. Is there any way that I can fix this? How do I update my Chevrolet’s Infotainment 3 system?

That sounds like such a hassle—an unresponsive screen can be so frustrating. Running a Mazda Connect infotainment system update is a great way to fix that issue.
Follow these steps:
- Turn off the road, park your Mazda and turn it off. Turn the vehicle back on to restart Mazda Connect. This may be able to fix the issue, but if not, proceed to the following steps
- Make a call to the Mazda Bluetooth Hands-Free Customer Service line at 1-800-430-0153
- Check your Mazda Connect software version by going to Settings>System>About>Software Version
- If the software version is 59.00.502 or lower, bring your Mazda to the nearest dealership for an update
