is equipped with a high-performance Super Handling AWD system, which provides seamless tire agility and is activated automatically. Your MDX AWD system will continuously work to shift the power distribution between the front and rear wheels in accordance with your wheel speed, steering angle, lateral G-force, and yaw rate.
Despite its continuous use, the SH-AWD won’t cause you to lose out on fuel efficiency. The system will adjust accordingly to send power to the front wheels when you’re driving in a straight line and transfer engine power to the rear wheels when you need more traction.
As such, you don’t need to do anything to enable AWD in your car, as it will come on automatically when you need it.
