I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your
Toyota’s
lane departure alert with steering assist system by following these steps: - Use the meter controls on the left-hand side of your steering wheel.
- Select the Settings option–indicated by an icon that looks like a machine cog.
- Select the Lane Departure option—indicated by an icon with a vertical dotted line beside a car that is angled to the right.
- Hold the OK button for 1.5 seconds to change the lane departure settings
- Select Steering Assist.
- Press OK to disable the feature.
And that’s it! Your Toyota’s steering assist system should now be deactivated!
