A dead key fob battery can be a real inconvenience. Luckily, replacing them is pretty straightforward. Here’s how you can take care of a 2019
Acura MDX
key fob battery replacement:- Press the button that releases the metal key inside
- Use the key or a flat-head screwdriver to gently pry open the key fob
- Gently remove the old battery
- Insert the new battery (positive side facing out)
- Click the key fob closed
- Reinsert the metal key
Make sure the key is intact in its slot and that the key fob is properly snapped together again, and you should be good to go!
