How do I return a car in Nebraska?

I recently bought a car in Nebraska, but it’s having all sorts of problems. How do I return it to the dealer? Can I?

Nebraska’s Lemon Law allows buyers to return a car that is experiencing significant issues and is less than a year old and still under warranty. You will need to show that you sent your car in at least 4 times to have it repaired and that the dealer or manufacturer wasn’t able to fix the problems.
You might have to use arbitration or file a lawsuit in order to succeed in your attempts to return your car—but hopefully, it doesn’t come to that!
Good luck!
