How do I reset my Chevy Cruze’s Bluetooth?
I’m having issues with the Chevy Cruze’s Bluetooth. Can I restart it to fix it?

To reset your Chevy Cruze’s Bluetooth, you’ll simply need to delete your mobile device and then reconnect it.
First, delete your phone from your Cruze’s list of paired devices. Here’s how:
- With the vehicle on, use the vehicle touch screen to go to the list of paired devices.
- Select the phone name.
- Select “Delete.”
- Confirm that the phone has been removed from the list of paired devices.
Second, you must remove the vehicle from your phone’s list of paired devices. Here’s how:
- In phone settings, choose “Bluetooth.”
- Find the vehicle name in the list of paired devices.
- Choose “Delete” or “Forget This Connection.”
The third and final step is to reconnect your Bluetooth device to your Cruze as if it is brand new! We suggest turning your vehicle off, opening the door, and waiting two minutes before turning your vehicle back on and reestablishing a connection.
