How do I renew a driving permit in PA?

I was 22 years old when I got my driving permit in Pennsylvania, but I traveled overseas for a year. Now that I’m 23 and back in Philly, I want to renew my permit. How do I do it?

Pennsylvania
, just complete a Form DL-31, Non-Commercial Learner’s Permit Application to Add/Extend/Replace/Change/Correct and return it to the DMV. That’s all there is to it!
