Nail polish is a great DIY hack for touching up your car paint! Thankfully, removing nail polish from your car paint is similar to removing it from your nails and just as easy.
To remove the nail polish:
Apply a small amount of nail polish remover or acetone to the drops with a cotton ball or cotton swab.
Make sure not to let it come in contact with your underlying paint for too long, or it could cause your clear coat to come off too.
It’s best to apply in small amounts until the nail polish wipes off with a cloth or rinses off with water.
