How do I remove a car parked on private property?
My neighbors keep parking in my driveway. It's really annoying, especially since I cut hair at my house and that's where my clients usually park. I've asked them to park somewhere else, but I keep waking up to their cars in my driveway. Is there any way that I can remove them?

I’m sorry to hear that your neighbors are parking on your property. That’s definitely a frustrating problem to have, especially since you asked them to stop already. Unfortunately, you may not be able to remove a car parked on private property.
There’s no legislation surrounding parking on private land, and the Protection of Freedoms Act of 2012 banned car clamping or removal without the involvement of the law. As a result, you might not be able to
tow the car
without the driver’s permission.That being said, you may be able to remove your neighbor’s car if they are trespassing. Different states have different laws about trespassing. You can try calling the police to force them to remove the car, or check your state laws to see if you are legally allowed to remove the vehicle from your property.
