How do I remote start my 2018 Honda Odyssey?
I’m taking care of my sister’s kids this week while she and her husband are out of town. They have a Honda Odyssey from 2018, and the kids keep telling me that it has a remote start feature, but I’m not sure how to do it. How can I start the Honda Odyssey remotely?

The kids are right; the 2018
Honda Odyssey
has a feature that allows you to start the car’s engine from a distance. To use the remote start, follow these instructions:- Lock the Honda Odyssey with the key fob.
- Hold down the remote start button until the lights begin to turn on and off.
- Press the remote start button again to turn the car off.
When you activate the remote start, the engine will run for 10 minutes of inactivity, after which the car will shut off again. This feature is highly convenient for anyone with kids, as it wouldn’t be hard for a little one to accidentally press that remote start button. This feature ensures that the car is not left on for hours while you’re inside the house.
