How do I program my BMW garage door opener?
I recently traded in my BMW for a newer model. It has Homelink, but I’m not sure how to program it. How can I program my BMW garage door opener?

Getting used to new tech can sometimes be tricky. Luckily, you can get your
BMW
garage door opener programmed quickly by following these instructions:- Move your BMW a few feet away outside of your garage.
- Use a ladder to climb up to the mechanism on your garage door and press the Learn button.
- Turn your BMW on, but do not start the engine.
- Press and hold the HomeLink buttons 1 and 3 until the yellow light turns green and blinks rapidly.
- Hold down the 1 button until the light flashes yellow.
- Hold your remote near the rearview mirror and push the button you’d like to program.
- Let go of the button when the light blinks green again. Press the button one more time.
- Climb up to your garage door again and press Learn.
- Within 30 seconds of pressing the button, get back to your BMW and press the HomeLink 1 button on your mirror.
