Here’s how to program a
Ford Edge
 garage door opener in just a minute! All you need is to be parked near your garage and have your current garage door remote.
The built-in garage door opener in a Ford Edge is the Homelink system, which allows you to control three garage doors inside your vehicle.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to connecting your Homelink to your garage:
  • Park outside your garage and turn your car on (But not your engine).
  • Hold your current garage door remote right beside the Homelink.
  • Hold both the remote button and the desired Homelink button.
  • Wait until the indicator light flashes rapidly, then release both buttons. Protect your Ford with a strong
