How do I play music via Bluetooth on the Chevy Traverse?

I have a Chevy Traverse, and it’s been a great car since I bought it about a month ago. However, I want to use my phone to listen to music. What do I need to do to play music via Bluetooth on the Chevrolet Traverse?

All you need to do to play music via Bluetooth on the Chevy Traverse is to pair your phone to the Uconnect infotainment system and select the track you want from your phone’s music library.
To pair your phone to the Chevy Traverse’s Bluetooth, follow these steps:
  1. Turn on the Traverse and keep it in park.
  2. Tap the Phone icon on your vehicle’s touchscreen.
  3. Look for an option on the screen to add or connect a new phone to the Bluetooth system.
  4. Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
  5. Confirm that the PIN displayed on the head unit matches what’s on your phone.
  6. Touch Pair on the infotainment touchscreen.
  7. Use the touch screen to select the track you want to listen to.
That’s all there is to it—happy listening!
