How do I open the hood of my Ford Focus?

I just got my learner’s permit and I’m nervous to start driving. It seems like there’s so much you have to keep track of on the road. How often should you be checking your mirrors while driving?

I went fishing about a week ago with some buddies and, on the way home, hit a massive pothole which caused a cooler full of fish to tip over, and fish water to spill all over the backseat. I’ve been trying ever since to get the fish smell out of my seats, but nothing’s working! How can I remove this odor from my car’s seats?
