How do I open the hood of a Dodge Ram 1500?
I can’t seem to get the latch under my Dodge Ram 1500s hood to open. How do I open my vehicle’s hood?

The first is a release lever, located inside your car on the driver’s side, directly below the steering wheel. The second is a safety latch positioned under your car’s hood. To ensure you’re releasing them properly, pull on the release lever until you hear a click and slide the safety latch under your car’s hood to the left.
From there, you only have to push the hood up and prop it open! Congratulations—you’ve successfully opened your Dodge’s hood!
