How do I open the gas tank on a Lexus NX 350?
I’m borrowing my aunt’s car while mine is in the shop and want to make sure I return it with a full tank, but can’t seem to figure out how to get the fuel door open! What am I missing?

That’s nice of you to refill the gas for your aunt! To open the fuel tank door on a
Lexus NX 350
, press the rear edge of the fuel door itself. However, your vehicle has to be unlocked for this to work—as soon as you lock the SUV, the gas tank cover locks, too.Once you do get the door open, you’ll simply have to unscrew the gas cap by turning it to the left (counterclockwise) and add in your fuel. Then, replace the gas gap by turning it to the right (clockwise) until it clicks into place. Finally, press the door shut and you’re all set!
