How do I open the gas tank on a Honda Pilot 2004?
My dad just bought a used 2004 Honda Pilot and wants to go over every basic maintenance procedure so he knows how to do them. I was outside with him while he was working his way through his usual list, and neither of us could figure out how to open the gas tank. How does the gas tank of a 2004 Pilot open?

Honda Pilot
2004, find and press the fuel door release button inside the vehicle. The button will be among the driver’s door controls and depicts an image of a gas pump. After you’ve pressed the fuel door release button, walk back to your gas tank opening and twist off the fuel cap. Be sure to secure the gas cap while filling up, then screw it back on and shut the fuel door tightly once you’re done at the pump.
