How do I open the gas tank on a Buick Encore?
I just picked up my rental car at the airport and know that I’m going to have to refuel it at some point. What do I need to do to open the gas tank on a Buick Encore?

The short answer: not much! There aren’t any levers or switches inside the Buick Encore. Instead, look for the fuel door on the exterior of the car. Simply push and release the rear center of the door. It will pop out slightly, and you can swing the door open.
Note that newer Buicks don’t have a gas cap for you to unscrew—just insert the fuel nozzle, and you’re good to refuel! To close the gas door, push it back in until it latches.
