No need to be embarrassed! Opening gas tanks can vary from vehicle to vehicle these days. But it’s actually very simple to open the gas tank on a 2016
Volkswagen Jetta
. All you have to do is push the left side of the fuel filler door and it should open right up for you. That’s right—that’s all there is to it! But if that doesn’t work for you, you can just grab your key fob and unlock the door. Then try pushing the fuel filler door once more and you should be ready to refuel your Jetta in no time.
