How do I open the gas tank on a 2012 Audi A6?
I’ve been fixing up a 2012 Audi A6 and I’m nearly finished, but it occurred to me that I’ve never actually opened the gas tank before. Before I take it to the gas station, I need to make sure I know how to do it! Any tips on how to get it open?

Sometimes fuel doors work in mysterious ways. To open the gas tank on a 2012
Audi A6
, make you unlock the car doors, then press the far right-hand side of the fuel door to make it pop open. There is no fuel door release button inside the car and the low-profile fuel door has no obvious release latch. As long as your car doors are unlocked, you can press on the lower right side of the fuel door and pop it open.
