How do I open an Acura TLX key fob?
I think my key fob needs new batteries but I’m so worried about damaging it. How do I open an Acura TLX key fob?

Start by pressing the tiny lever on the front of the key fob to release the internal key. Then, put the tip of the flat-head screwdriver into the small gap between the two plastic halves of the fob. Twist gently and the fob will pop open to reveal the battery compartment.
Whether you have a 4-button or 5-button key fob, you will need a CR2032 replacement battery.
