How do I open a Mazda Speed 3 hood?

I need to do some work on my sister’s car, but I can’t get the hood to pop open. I’m worried it might be stuck. How do I open a Mazda Speed 3 hood?

It’s very nice of you to help your sister with her car! Working on an unfamiliar car can be a little tricky, so here are the steps you can take to open the
Mazda Speed 3
 hood:
  • Locate the hood release handle inside your car and pull it to unlock the hood
  • Step outside the car and go to the front of the hood
  • Reach inside the opening of the hood to find the latch lever
  • Slide the latch lever to the right, lift up the hood, and prop it open
If you follow these steps, you should be able to pop the hood in no time!
