How do I open a Dodge Caliber hood?
My mom has a Dodge Caliber and we’ve been trying to figure out how to open the hood for hours, but we don’t see a button! How do we get the Dodge Caliber hood up?

Ahhh, yes car manufacturers do like to make the hood release lever inconspicuous! No worries, though, once you know where the lever is,
opening your car’s hood
is easy. - Pull the hood release lever. This is found near the floor on the driver’s side. After you pull the lever, the hood should pop up a bit.
- Release the hood safety latch. Feel under the center of the hood for the latch that is anchoring the hood. Move that latch over to the left and then open the hood fully.
- Prop the hood open. Using the hood prop that can be found laying horizontally towards the grille, prop the hood open. The end of the prop pole will fit into a slot on the underside of the hood.
