How do I negotiate a lower car insurance rate?

I just recieved my new premiums from my insurance provider, and I am NOT happy. How do I negotiate this to a more fair rate?

Answer
Unfortunately, you cannot negotiate a lower month-to-month car insurance payment. You can, however, find a better policy.
Insurance companies decide monthly premiums based on many factors, including driver history, credit score, gender age, zip code, and more. Once they decide your pricing structure, that is what you will be expected to pay.
That said, you can find a lower rate by shopping around for car insurance. The best way to do that is with Jerry.
Jerry is an insurance broker app that will provide you with quotes from up to 50 top providers in a matter of minutes. Once you decide on a policy, Jerry will take care of all of the rest, including filling out paperwork and canceling your old policy. The best part? Average Jerry users save $879 per year on car insurance!
