How do I make car air fresheners last longer?

How can I make my air fresheners last longer? I feel like my car always smells kind of weird. I have tried using air fresheners, but they never seem to work for very long.

There are a couple of ways that you can make car air fresheners last longer.
If you’re a fan of your air freshener’s scent, you can try keeping it halfway in the package so it diffuses slower. Then, once the smell has started to fade, take it the rest of the way out.
You can also try adding some essential oil to your old air freshener to recharge the scent.
Alternatively, instead of masking
pesky smells
, get rid of them for good using activated charcoal or baking soda. Sprinkle either substance inside the vehicle, allow it to absorb the odor for several hours, then vacuum your car thoroughly. This process may not leave behind a fresh scent, but it can get rid of unwanted smells.
While you’re getting rid of pesky scents, get rid of unwanted bills, too! The
