While you can’t specifically make a drift car, you can fine-tune any car in GTA to maximize its drifting ability. To make a drift car in GTA, and more specifically GTA 5, follow these steps when you go to a Los Santos Customs:
Do not add bulletproof tires or a spoiler upgrade.
Get the EMS Upgrade, Level 4 for your engine.
Get the Turbo Tuning upgrade.
Grab the Sport Suspension.
Keep the Stock Transmission.
Any other upgrades are entirely up to you.
In general, the Banshee is the best car for drifting. With all the upgrades, expect to spend around $80,000 to $100,000.
Unless you know a place that has an open track, you probably shouldn’t own a drift car in real life. But if you have a bit of a lead foot and some speeding tickets, you know how expensive car insurance
can be. That’s okay—Jerry
