How do I lower my car insurance with Allstate?

I'm with Allstate and I currently pay $150 a month. I have full coverage on my car since I'm financing it. I think I'm paying too much for insurance, how can I lower it?

The cost of car insurance is a common complaint, so you’re not alone in feeling like you’re overpaying!
If you feel your rate with Allstate doesn’t fit your budget or that it’s overpriced, you should shop around.
Shopping around with other insurance companies allows you to see what rates are available for full coverage. It’s often one of the easiest ways to save money on an insurance policy.
An simple way to save money on insurance is by using Jerry. Jerry is an app that finds you the most affordable quotes from up to 50 top insurance providers in seconds!
Beyond shopping around, you could also adjust your coverage with Allstate. While you need full coverage, you could opt to raise your comprehensive coverage and collision coverage deductibles to save some cash.
By raising your deductibles, you would pay more out of pocket when submitting a claim, but your your monthly or yearly premiums would decrease.
If that isn’t an option, see if you qualify for any additional discounts with Allstate. You could take a defensive driving course or enroll in their Drivewise program to save some cash.
